“Jen said my body would reveal the work that needs to be done. In my body, I was most concerned about tightness in my hips. I remember one session where Jen did work around my shoulders. I distinctly remember when she asked me to breathe after she had finished. And I was so surprised that I could breathe deeper and longer, because I now had increased movement in my back. Later, when I got off the table, I was also surprised to find that I feel much more grounded in my feet -- and I distinctly remember Jen didn't do ANY work around my feet. Once this movement was possible in my back, I began to have more ease in my movement overall.
